Applied after the Renewal, Lip Plumper, which can be worn under or over lip color, uses ingredients such as Niacin to increase the circulation in the skin, conditions with soybean oil and further prevents water loss with Hydrogenated Polyisobutene.

Instructions for Use:
Lip Renewal:Twist the bottom of the applicator until the product comes out of the tip. Apply (Step 1) directly on lips and around lip contour as needed throughout the day.
Lip Plumper:Twist the bottom of the applicator until the product comes out of the tip. Apply (Step 2) to the lip area only, staying within your natural lip line. Mild tingling may occur within minutes and will subside. Can be applied under or over lip color.
