SHIPPING INFORMATION:

-All product orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail
-All gift card orders will be shipped via USPS
-Typically orders will be shipped within two business day of purchase
-If an order is not shipped within four business days, you will receive an email with the expected shipping date
-All orders are subject to a $9.00 shipping & handling fee
-Items may be shipped separately, but only one S&H charge will be applied
-Orders will only be shipped within the domestic United States
-You will receive a shipment confirmation email from Product@Calidora.com

PRICING POLICY:

Prices listed at ShopCalidora.com are exclusive to the website only and may differ from the price of products in clinics. All specials and promotions are valid for purchases made through ShopCalidora.com only.




RETURN POLICY:

All purchases made through the Calidora web store are final.

We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping, or any item which is defective. Please email Product@Calidora to alert us of the issue and indicate your preference of:
1)A refund.
2)Replacement of the damaged items.

If you return items without indicating your preference, we will replace the defective or damaged items. Please return the damaged or defective product with a copy of the receipt and packing list to:
