This purifying toner gently removes excess oils while balancing the skin through Salicylic Acid, Witch Hazel, Allantoin, Panthenol, Vitamin E and Urea. This toner is ideal for combination, oily, and sensitive or rosacea-prone skin.
Instructions for Use: Moisten cotton ball with toner and apply onto clean, dry skin. Follow up with appropriate Calidora treatment and moisturizer.
